The robot vacuum isn't too scared to climb the stairs, unlike others. Like all mops and vacuums it is susceptible to clogging by debris, such as tennis shoes, play thread, jewelry, or other loose items.

The arm is equipped with a 240mL tank which is easy to remove and refilled. This makes it much easier to use than the mop pads found on many other 2-in-1 robotic arms. It also uses the iRobot's PrevisionVision obstacle avoidance technology which is more advanced than other systems of this type.
iRobot Combo i5
This multi-tasker is designed to vacuum and mop with one machine. The iRobot Combo i3 is an updated version of the original Roomba i3. It has the same great external dirt compartment and an HEPA filter to trap allergens however, it now supports smart mapping. The i3 Plus still has a variety of other fantastic features, including its advanced cleaning system that has a 10x power-lifting suction and three-stage cleaning process. It also has a textured surface that helps ward off dust, fingerprints and pet hair.
It removes most dirt and is a great choice for carpets that are not bare, but it did have problems with pet hair when used on low-pile carpets. It is a great choice with high pile carpets though and is quieter than its competitors. The i3 costs a little more than the Roborock S4 Max, but it has a self-emptying system that cleans the mop pads, and then refills the reservoir with water.
You can create cleaning schedules with the i3 App. You can also control your robot with your voice assistant to start or stop cleaning. The i4 is also missing some features such as the AI-powered obstacle avoidance and keep-out zones on the j7 or j7+.
It does however have an efficient cleaning system as well as two rubber brushes that don't get tangled up with pet hair. It's also a good option for carpets with a high pile because it is able to handle the more dirt and debris better than less powerful vacuums. The i4 requires less maintenance, has lower recurring costs, and runs longer in its most suction-free mode.
